My favorite things about Bethel University:
The excitement and energy from students. Positive atmosphere to make strong connections with staff and faculty. That the campus creek becomes rushing rapids during the spring thaw.

My favorite places on Bethel’s campus:
Bench by Lake Valentine. Freshman Hill bridge on a sunny day. The seminary path.

My favorite Twin Cities/Minnesota sites:
Key’s Café in downtown St. Paul for weekend brunch. Lake Phalen during the weekend (biking, walking dog, running, etc.). Rice Park in St. Paul in the evening-including the arts and entertainment in that area (e.g., the Ordway, Xcel Energy Center, Science Museum, etc.).

Before working at Bethel:
I graduated from Bethel in 2002 and started working here in the Graduate School admissions office in the fall of 2003. I worked a variety of jobs in the year in between before returning to Bethel.
