My favorite things about Bethel University:
The community of believers! Students, faculty, and staff who aren't afraid to go out of their way to both support and challenge you.

My favorite places on Bethel’s campus:
I like running the nature path around Lake Valentine.

My favorite Twin Cities/Minnesota sites:
The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts in downtown St. Paul. The Twin Cities have a great tradition of theatre arts.

Before working at Bethel:
I spent three years in the active Army as a combat engineer officer, serving as a platoon leader and company executive officer. I was also an executive officer and assistant division operations officer in the National Guard before leaving the military after a total of seven years of service. After active duty, I worked as an environmental engineer for three years before moving to admissions here at Bethel.
