My favorite things about Bethel University: The people first and foremost are my favorite thing about Bethel. I love Chapel, especially when President Jay Barnes is speaking. I enjoy walking around the beautiful campus. I love campus in the spring when the trees are in full bloom and everybody is outside as much as possible. I like the walk up to the football stadium before a game—you can feel the excitement in the air.
My favorite places on Bethel’s campus: I love to sit in the upper deck of the Benson Great Hall. It makes me feel closer to God.
My favorite Twin Cities/Minnesota sites: Moving back from the West Coast there are so many things and places about Minnesota I have fallen in love with again. I am obsessed with the lakes. I love all of the arts and cultures that are represented in the Twin Cities. I love sitting on my porch with friends. I also enjoy, regardless of the time of year, going to a cabin to slow down, relax, and enjoy the nature Minnesota has to offer.
Before working at Bethel: I worked in recruiting for Koch Trucking in Minneapolis and at a children's shelter in Oceanside, Cali.
