While the men's basketball team is on their missions trip to Norway and Sweden, head coach Jeff Westlund and several players will be providing updates to talk about their experiences.
Yesterday we did some community work at a local church in Södertälje, and it was very rewarding work. Although I ended up laboring in a compost pile made up of mud, leaves, frogs and who knows what else; I thought that the work was fun and interesting. I worked with both coaches and to see that they can still pull their own weight when it comes to manual labor and a little more was definitely a sight to see.
We had a delicious lunch and I ate roughly ten rolls with jelly and then it was off to practice and a scrimmage ...
