Cities Outreach (TCO)
The mission of Twin Cities Outreach is to help Bethel University students
use their best resources to serve commonly forgotten people in the
Twin Cities.
TCO is a program of the Office of Campus Ministries at Bethel University.

Befriend boys ages 13-18 in a juvenile
detention center through group activities, games, and sharing of

Assist with day-to-day work of a St.
Paul shelter for the homeless and near-homeless. |

food, and build relationships with homeless men once a month on
Friday evenings. |

Purchase food, prepare, and serve a
meal for homeless men. |

| Open Arms |
Deliver nutritious meals to people
living with HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, MS, and ALS. |
