Twin Cities Outreach (TCO)

The mission of Twin Cities Outreach is to help Bethel University students use their best resources to serve commonly forgotten people in the Twin Cities.

Teams on Mondays
Mary’s Place	Work with children living in a Minneapolis short-term family homeless shelter.
Lino Lakes Juvenile Detention Center	Befriend boys ages 13-18 in a juvenile detention center through group activities, games, and sharing of stories.
Dorothy Day Center	Assist with day-to-day work of a St. Paul shelter for the homeless and near-homeless.
Teams on Tuesdays
Living Hope Ministries	Mentor kids in urban setting.
John Glenn Middle School	Teach disabled children to swim.
Trevilla Nursing Home	Minister to the elderly.
Hammers of God (H.O.G.s)	Minister through construction.
Salem Evangelical Free Church	Teach ESL, tutor, and provide nursery care.

Central Baptist Church	Develop life skills with youth in the community.
Teams on Thursdays
King Family Foundation Child Development Center	Play with toddlers and preschool children.
Marie Sandvick Center	Minister to grade school children through a kids club ministry.
Teams on Saturdays
Gloves and Boots	Help seniors at their homes.
Monthly Outreach Opportunities (MOO)
Feed My Starving Children	Pack nutritious meals for relief organizations worldwide to distribute to starving children.
Street Light Ministry	Lead worship, share testimonies, serve food, and build relationships with homeless men once a month on Friday evenings.
Simpson House	Purchase food, prepare, and serve a meal for homeless men.
Open Arms	Deliver nutritious meals to people living with HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, MS, and ALS.
