Chris LaRue Chris inspires and designs the creative pieces of each chapel program. She pulls together elements of video, sound, drama, and design—in order to draw our community together to worship our God who is worthy to be praised. Chris also works with chapel by scheduling speakers, mentoring worship leaders, and leading our campus toward rich, God-honoring worship experiences. |

Donna Johnson Donna leads volunteer ministries for students. Through Twin Cities Outreach, Monthly Outreach Opportunities, and the annual Community Outreach Day, Donna builds bridges between Bethel and community organizations. |

Laurel Bunker Laurel leads all of the ministries of our department to bring about spiritual transformation into the image of Christ for the sake of others. She works closely with chapel, but she is also instrumental in casting vision for missions, outreach, and spiritual formation ministries. |

Leslie O'Brien Leslie is the daily face of our office. She welcomes visitors with warmth and personality. She also pulls together details and tasks to keep many of our ministries running smoothly. |

Matthew Runion Matt leads and develops cross cultural ministries and engagements for students. This includes ‘mission teams’ during Interim, Spring Break and Summer, the Sankofa journey, and biblical justice groups such as World Challenge and Acting on AIDS. |

Ross Manders Ross seeks out whatever means possible to mentor and invite students (primarily first year and sophomore students) into a dynamic life of faith and participation in the work of Christ’s redemption—in their lives and in the world. |

Tanden Brekke Tanden develops discipleship opportunities for juniors and seniors. He spurs students on to self-sacrificial, others-oriented, deeply genuine love for Christ and neighbor. |
