Our music ministry provides engaging worship for the Bethel community. Students and staff together serve as musicians in worship bands and choirs, horn and string groups, honoring God through their lives in worship.

United Worship Bands

Student musicians who are dedicated to their faith put long hours into honing technical skills and preparing meaningful worship for Chapel and Vespers services.

Audition for a Band

Second-year students and beyond can apply and audition for a United worship team. The selection process begins each spring for the following academic year. Watch for announcements in January or contact us at united-worship@bethel.edu for more information. Apply online for a worship band.

United Chapel Choir

The United Chapel Choir is a singing ensemble, open to the entire Bethel community, that performs periodically throughout the year during Chapel services. It’s a perfect opportunity for those who don’t have the time to commit to our worship teams or who are trying to decide if music ministry is a good fit.

United Horns and Strings

We have 2 student ensembles that minister alongside our bands and the Chapel Choir during worship services.

• United Horns - brass and woodwind instrumentalists
• United Strings - mixed group of string instrumentalists

Both groups uniquely enhance the worship experience by incorporating varying styles of music and musical talents.
