Conference co-coordinator with G. W. Carlson and Chris Gerhz for the 2009 conference "The Pietist Impulse in Christianity," to be held at Bethel University in March 2009.

I am currently working on articles exploring the theology of Karl Barth, the relevance of pietism in contemporary pneumatology and political theology, and the interconnection between the kingdom of God and political theology.
