Joyce LeMay

Associate Professor: Human Resource Management 

Joyce LeMay, Associate Professor of Business, comes to Bethel with over 18 years experience in the Management and Human Resource fields. Ms. LeMay earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin- Stout, and completed her Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Metropolitan State University, St. Paul, MN. She obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Ms. LeMay is a current member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Twin Cities Human Resource Association (TCHRA.)

Ms. LeMay has worked in numerous industries from small start up companies to large multinational organizations. Her career has focused on working with top level management to help establish and maintain healthy and productive work environments focusing on the implementation of effective human resource and business strategies. She continues to work with organizations on a consultant basis. Most recently, Ms. LeMay was the lead faculty, and Program Director, for the Human Resource, Business Management, and Entrepreneurship AAS degree programs at Saint Paul College.

Ms. LeMay lives with her husband, and two teenage sons, in Maplewood. She has been an active volunteer at various local schools and her local church. She also assists her husband with the small business he started in 2003.
