Dmitri Medvedovski

Assistant Professor of Economics

Dmitri Medvedovski, Assistant Professor of Economics, earned his PhD in Applied Economics from Clemson University in South Carolina. Prior to coming to the United States from Russia in 1995, Dmitri earned an MBA from the Russian State Academy of Management, and BS degrees in Economics and Aerospace Operations in Moscow.  Economics courses being taught by Dmitri at Bethel include Basic Economics, Intermediate Microeconomics, International Trade & Finance, Advanced Economic Theory, and Econometrics.

Dmitri is founder and president of Living by the Book, Inc., a non-profit Christian organization focused on providing humanitarian and spiritual aid in America and the former Soviet Union. Projects for the ministry have taken him to the Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova, in addition to the United States.  Dmitri enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters.
