Bethel's Department of Communication Studies is blessed to have nine full-time and several adjunct members serve in the department.

Part-Time faculty: The following faculty have taught for us in an adjunct capacity during the last year:

  • Prof. Phil Frazier, Adjunct Assistant Professor of Communication Studies, who continues to teach Interpersonal Communication in the graduate program, Group Communication, Basic Communication, Family Interaction, and the Leadership Assessment Seminar.
  • Prof. Kevin McAnnany, Instructor and Technical Director for WBCS and the television studio
  • Prof. Lisa Como, Director of the BA in Communication Studies through the College of Adult and Professional Studies. Prof. Como has also taught Basic Communication in the College of Arts and Sciences.
  • Dr. David Schuelke, Adjunct Professor of Communication Studies, who teaches in our graduate and undergraduate program in the College of Adult and Professional Studies.
  • Prof. Jentine Arkema, College of Adult and Professional Studies and the Graduate School.
  • Prof. Hannah Asfaw, College of Adult and Professional Studies.
