Dr. Michael Dreher is the Director of Forensics. He is a Professor in the Department of Communication Studies, and has been at Bethel since 1997. Dr. Dreher competed for North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, where he received his B.A. in Speech Communication/Theater and Mathematics. His M.A. is from the University of Iowa, and his Ph.D. is from Louisiana State University. He serves as webmaster of this site, as well as for the National Parliamentary Debate Association, the National Forensics Association, and the National Christian College Forensics Association. He is also the tournament director for Novice Nationals and has previously served as the tournament director for the National Christian College Forensics Invitational. Dr. Dreher received outstanding coaching awards at the Creighton/Concordia swing (October 2002), the National Christian College Forensics Invitational (March 2003), and the Minnesota State University-Mankato tournament (October 2004). |

Lacy Larson is an assistant coach for the team. Lacy graduated from Bethel University with a degree in English and Secondary Education. Lacy was also a 4-year competitor for the team, and was a two-time qualifier for the AFA-NIET in After Dinner Speaking. Lacy is currently working on master's degree from Capella University. |

Tiffaney Fry is an assistant coach for the team. Tiffaney graduated from Northwestern College with her B.A. in Communication Arts/Literature Education, and has taught at Mounds View High School, where she was Assistant Director of Speech. |

Tammy Schexnaider is an assistant coach for the team. Tammy has judged for the team since 1997, and has worked ballot table and tab room as part of two national tournaments. Tammy has a B.A. in Sociology from Louisiana State University and an M.A. in Gerontology from Bethel University. Tammy is working on her post-secondary teaching certificate from Bethel, and is employed at a non-profit that serves adults with developmental disabilities. |
