- Resolved: That the United States Federal Government should significantly increase restrictions on civil lawsuits.
- Resolved: That the United States Federal Government should substantially restrict plaintiffs' rights in civil lawsuits.
- Resolved: That the United States Federal Government should significantly expand the role of juries within the judicial system.
