2000-2001 Resolution and Topic Papers

(March 14): The 2000-2001 resolution was selected from the following three resolutions:

  • Resolved: That the United States Federal Government should significantly increase restrictions on civil lawsuits.
  • Resolved: That the United States Federal Government should substantially restrict plaintiffs' rights in civil lawsuits.
  • Resolved: That the United States Federal Government should significantly expand the role of juries within the judicial system.
