The design is a hacked version of Beautiful Day, found on the Open Source Web Design website. The menu navigation was created using Project Seven's Pop Menu Magic, which is also designed to be accessible. The menu navigation was tweaked as well for purposes of accessibility and web design.
So, why are you copyrighting the information? Shouldn't information be free and open to the scholarly community?
Sure, we'd like the forensics community and the interested public to be able to access this information. What we're not interested in, however, is having other websites reprint this information without attribution. That's called plagiarism, and it's not appropriate nor legal. Additionally, many spammers are starting to utilize portions of websites in an attempt to bypass spam filters. That's also wrong, since it violates our copyright as well as our terms of use. Information to reprint information on the website is only given at the discretion of the NFA Executive Council.
The National Forensic Association Journal is copyrighted as well.
Terms of Use: All website material is copyrighted by the NFA. Usage on other websites may be given at the consent of the webmaster and/or the NFA Executive Council. Contact the webmaster for permission. Please note that putting rules or other information on team websites should be given attribution back to the NFA website. Usage of any portion of this website in an attempt to defeat spam filters is prohibited, and is subject to a payment of $10,000 USD per email sent to the National Forensic Association.
