This is the place to find copies of NPDA rules, as well as documents produced by the organization.
Note: You'll want to have Adobe Acrobat Reader for any documents in italics. There are now Palm-compatible versions of the Constitution, bylaws, and NPDA rules available as well. Palm-based documents have been checked in Word Smith and Aportis Doc for general legibility; however, formatting does change between different Palm Doc readers.
