Humanity pursues the deepest questions in life regarding God, the self, and society through the entire spectrum of the arts and sciences. Students and faculty in the four-course Humanities Program pursue these questions in all of the arts and humanities.
"Humanities," as the sequence is known, introduces the major epochs of Western history, beginning with the Greeks and proceeding to the present day. The courses feature direct experience with major works of art, music, literature, philosophy, theology, and drama.
