Qualifications
- NATA Certified Athletic Trainer
- Strong academic orientation and interest in the education of student athletic trainers
- Demonstrated involvement in athletic training and sports medicine through membership in related professional organizations, public speaking, etc.
- Minimum of three years experience as an NATA Certified Athletic Trainer Registered by the State of Minnesota
- Full time employee of Bethel University and member of the teaching faculty
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate all aspects of the ATEP.
- Advise athletic training majors.
- Supervise and instruct student athletic trainers, including student evaluations.
- Teach selected athletic training courses in athletic training major
- Provide prevention, care and rehabilitation of injuries to Bethel University athletes.
- Attend home and away football games.
