How to Access the Q Drive

From Microsoft Word
Click on the ‘File’ menu.
Select ‘Open’
Under ‘My Computer’ should be a drive named ‘Departments on ‘bsp-nas’ (Q:), select this.
Open the file ‘MWL’
Open the file ‘Public’

From ‘My Computer’
Under ‘Network Drives’ should be a drive named ‘Departments on ‘bsp-nas’ (Q:), select this.
Open the file ‘MWL’
Open the file ‘Public’

From Internet Explorer
In the address line, type q:\
Open the file ‘MWL’
Open the file ‘Public’
