Department of Nursing

Message from the Preprofessional Program Director

I am proud of the Traditional Undergraduate Nursing Program at Bethel University and pleased that you are interested in learning more about us.      Since 1984, graduates of our program have been well prepared to enter into careers of service and leadership throughout the United States and in many other countries.   The Traditional Undergraduate Program provides students with the opportunity to explore how a Christian worldview can inform and guide the practice of nursing.   Students study nursing in the classroom setting, in our on-campus lab, and in a variety of healthcare settings throughout the Twin Cities area.   The faculty who teach in our program enjoy working with undergraduate students and are happy to answer questions and meet with students individually.   With over one half of the full time faculty having completed doctoral degrees or in the midst of doctoral study, the faculty are well qualified educators, many of whom have significant overseas experience as well as current experience in practicing nursing in the U.S.   I would love to tell you more about our program, so if you are interested in learning more, please contact us.
