Science Education
Through a grant from the 3M corporation, twelve preservice teachers were paired with twelve experienced mentor teachers to develop lessons for twelve Saturdays for science in the Frogtown neighborhood in St. Paul. The teams met for one week in the summer of 2001 to visit such resources as the Children’s Museum and the Science Museum of Minnesota then to develop the lessons.
