Graduation Year: 2007

Shannon Bliss: Shannon is attending graduate school at Dominican University in River Forest, IL working towards her MSW.  (posted 10-2007)

Emily Hall Anderson: Emily is employed by Wilder Foundation Residential Services, Spencer House as a residential counselor. She works with adolescences with a mental health diagnosis.
Emily was married to Timothy Anderson on July 7, 2007. All is going well! (posted 10-2007)

Johanne Halvorsen: Johanne is working in Zimmerman, MN with plans to attend graduate school in the fall of 2008. (posted 10-2007)

Stacy Lindh:  Stacy is working at the Golden Living Center in Saint Louis Park, MN in the Transitional Care Unit. (posted 6-2007)

Alecia Lubinus Leonard: Alecia works for Sojourner Project in Hopkins, MN as the Family Transition Specialist.  Alecia married Andrew on June 23, 2007.

Rachel Petersen: Rachel is working for the East Grand Forks, MN Independent School District 595 as a school social worker. She works with students in grades K-5. Her responsibilities include individual work, group work, and teaching classroom lessons. She also works with families, teachers and other professionals to coordinate services for the children. Taleisha Rooney: Taleisha works with Mental Health Resources in Saint Paul as the Project Homeward Case Manager. (posted 6-2007)

John Shirkey: John is employed by the Minnewaska Area Schools in Starbuck, MN as a mental health practitioner. He works in the day treatment center with kids with a mental health diagnosis. The students range in age from first grade through seniors in high school. The goal of the program is to help each student work on their mental health and to eventually transition back to the mainstream classroom. John is married to Hannah. (posted 1-2008)

Amy Stroman:  Amy is employed by Emma's Place in Maplewood, MN  as a Family Case Manager helping families in supportive permanent housing community. Also, she works part-time at the Bridge for Runaway Youth and Exodus Residence of Catholic Charities.
Amy is still actively raising support to work full time with the ministry Mustard Seeds in the mountains of West Virginia by the summer of 2008. (posted 10-2007)

Emily Williams: Emily works in Hazelwood, MO with Bringing Families Together as a Foster Care Case Manager. She was engaged on May 25, 2007. (posted 6-2007)

Brittany (Kadansky) Bierbaum: On Call as a Youth and Family Counselor for The Bridge for Runaway Youth.  She is "part time" staff, but still puts in about 40 hours a week and works with 10-17 year olds in crisis situations. (posted 11-2006)

Hilary Diehl:  Hilary is working for Presbyterian Homes Marantha in Brooklyn Center as the Social Services Director. (posted 5-2007)

Rachel Earl: Rachel is working at Community Partners with Youth in New Brighton, MN. She is the Program Director. (posted 5-2007)

Liesl (Wagner) Einerson: Case Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Winston-Salem, NC. (posted 11-2006)

Caitlin Johnson: Early Risers Family Advocate for Pillsbury House in North Minneapolis. Caitlin runs a truancy intervention program for fourth and fifth grade students and their family's at an elementary school in North Minneapolis. (posted 12-2006)

Carolyn Johnson:  Carolyn works with the Hennepin County General Adoption Recruiter in Minnetonka, MN as the Senior Social Worker.  She will graduate from the University of Minnesota with a MSW in December 2007. (posted 6-2007)

Joshua Lightfoot: Social Work Case Manager at Keystone Community Services IDT Program.  Josh works with court ordered youth and their families and helps to integrate them back into their homes and schools.  He was married May 4, 2007. (posted 6-2007)

Julie Payne: Julie graduated in the spring of 2007 from the University of Michigan with her MSW. She is working as a contractual therapist in the Ann Arbor/Detroit area. Her husband, Chris, is the assistant pastor of a student church that meets on the University of Michigan campus. (posted 10-2007)

Clare Rodrigues: Youth Career Development Counselor at East Side Neighborhood Services.  Clare provides one-on-one career and academic counseling for disadvantaged Hennepin County youth.  She was married to Charles on June 15, 2007. (posted 10-2007)

Christina Roufs: Christina works for Anoka County as an Income Maintenance Worker. She manages cases for medical assistance, food stamps, general assistance, emergency assistance, rental assistance, child care assistance, etc. for Anoka County, MN residents.

Christina was engaged on July 8, 2007 and will be getting married on June 20, 2009. Congratulations Christina!  (posted 3-2008)

Emmy (Swenson) Wildermuth: Client Services Director for Alpha Pregnancy Resource Center.  Emmy works directly with girls/women who experiance unplanned pregancy.  Offers decision making, emotional, financial, and spiritual assistance. (posted 11-2006)

Elizabeth (Kent) Anderson: Social Worker for the Salvation Army.  She works in the Social Security Outreach Program, which helps homless people sign up fo Social Security Disability Aid.  Currently attending Seminary at the Master's Institute in St. Paul. (posted 11-2006)

Rachel (Geisler) Barnes: Development Specialist at LSS Datasystems.  Rachel is a clinical designer for user friendly medical software.  May 6, 2006 Rachel and her husband welcomed their first son, Caden. (posted 11-2006)

Dana Hageman: Child Protection Social Worker for Wright County, MN. (posted 11-2006)

Heidi Knutson: Social Worker at Multiple Sclerosis Achievment Center in Minneapolis.  She works with about 150 clients with Progressive MS and assists them with medical concerns, housing issues, insurance issues, and advocacy. (posted 11-2006)

Laura Mustazza: Hennepin County Contracted Case Manager for Meridian Services in the Twin Cities.  Laura graduated in May of 2006 with MSW from Baylor University. (posted 11-2006)

Melissa Rundquist: Case Manager at Meridian Services in the Twin Cities.  Melissa works with about 55 clients most of whom are elderly and 10 have some degree of mental disability. (posted 11-2006)

Colleen Sullivan Martinson: School Social Worker at HOPE Community Academy in Saint Paul.  She works with students K-8 through individual and group counseling and is part of the Special Education team who help get resources for students and their families. (posted 11-2006)

Jessica Szondy: Customer Service Manager/Human Resource Manger at Kowalski's Market.  She interviews job applicants and then orientates new employees. (posted 11-2006)

Amy Boutwell: Full time student learning ASL and working on completing The Interpreter Training program at Waubonsee Community College in IL.  Amy is working part time for a non-profit organization that assists disabled adults. (posted 11-2006)

Megan Christopherson: Recently accepted to a missons program called Footprints in Africa, which is run by Hands @ Work a South African based agency.  She'll have three months of training at the African School of Missions and then will head to Malawi for a nine month ministry working with people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS(posted 2-2007)

Tara (Skoglund) Jackson: Office Coordinator for Home Apartments.  She will soon be looking for a new position. She and her husband, Brian, will be moving to Chicago, IL in January, as Brian will begin Medical School at Northwestern University. (posted 11-2006)

Amber (Stano) Reynolds: Adoption Social Worker for European Children Adoption Services.  Amber does pre- and post-adoptive work with families.  She also is the Guatemala Program Manager.  Amber and her husband are in the process of adopting a baby boy from Guatemala. (posted 11-2006)

Heather (Reinart) Frosberg: Stay-at-home mom for her 3 daughters.  Madelyn (6/2/03), Gabriella (9/29/04), & Tiana (3/31/06). (posted 11-2006)

Erin (Tri) Green: Working with ACR Homes Inc. as an Administrative Float which means she fills-in for group home supervisors who are on leave.  Erin is also a full time student at Bethel's Seminary in the Marriage and Family Therapy Masters program. (posted 4-2007)

Emily Schmitz: Social Service Specialist for ARC Broward.  Emily does case management for adults with developmental disabilities. (posted 11-2006)

Simone (Sunderman) Sundblad: Bilingual Infant and Toddler Specialist at Drake University Early Head Start in Iowa.   She works with both parents and children offering education and developmental assessments.  Simone is currently working towards her Masters of Arts degree in teaching with special endorsements in ESL and Spanish. Jasmine Lund: Americorp Promise Fellow with Learning Links.  The Learning Links program works to bridge the achievement gap of middle and high school students. (posted 11-2006)

Emily (Warner) Honken: In November of 2006 she passed and received her LICSW licensure.  Works as a Mental Health Practioner at Fraser Child and Family Center where she has a variety of responsibilities working with children who struggle with Autism and Aspergers and meeting with their parents. Laura (Johnson) Maxwell: Director of the social services department at Golden Living Center-Golden Crest. She supervises staff and provides education and training on vulnerable adults and the elderly population.  Laura and her husband John also enjoy the company of their son Logan. (posted 12-2006)

Emelia (Wolfgram) Rogers: Interim Supervisor for Family Assesment at African American Family Services in the Twin Cities.  She provides managerial support and cliniccal supervison to a team of Family Assessment case managers. (posted 11-2006)

Alicia (Anderson) Holmstrom: Senior Team Development Leader at Target Financial Services.  Alicia became a new mom to daughter, Ella, on born June 5, 2006. (posted 11-2006)

Desta (Fassett) Long: Stay-at-home mom to her daughter Paige who is 2 1/2 years.  Involved with MOPS(mothers of preschoolers) at church. (posted 11-2006)

Sara (Sucatre) Thompson: General manager of Banana Republic in Santa Rosa, CA. Sara oversees staff, operations and leadership development for 55 stores. (posted 11-2006)

Kimberly (White) Wegleitner: Advantage Program Coordinator for CommonBond Communities in the Twin Cities. (posted 11-2006)

Angel Anderson: Angel is employed by Ramsey County Human Services as a Social Worker II/Case Manager and assists adults who have developmental disabilities.
She attends Spiritual Life Training Center in South Minneapolis and volunteers at her church as a youth leader. (posted 10-2007)

Katie DePrez: She is currently working as a school social worker for Anoka-Hennepin Dist. #11.  She is also enjoying her precious daughter Ava who was born November of 2004. (posted 2-2007)

Nathan Foote: Residential Counselor at Wilder Foundation in Saint Paul. Nathan would like to share "I'm still tall. I smile alot." (posted 11-2006)

Sara Frerotte: Sare is employed by St. Stephen's Shelter in Minneapolis as a Case Manager/Housing Advocate. She assists families in moving from shelter to permanent housing and provides case management to families for two years.

Lisa Pawelak:  Associate Educator/School Social Worker for Minneapolis Public Schools. Lisa and her husband, Stephen, are the parents of Sundara born on May 19, 2006. (posted 11-2006)
