For hours these girls watched us from the broken window of their one room shack as we played soccer (futbol) with some neighborhood kids. When we left, walking down the dusty dirty streets of Jocotenango, Guatemala, they reached out to us, simply wanting to be touched and loved. Although they had little, they didn’t ask for anything but to hold our hands.
