On my way back down from Prague’s medieval seat of the Bohemian Holy Roman Emperors, I noticed him. There he was, rending his song for all to hear. Or, for no one to hear. His song was a beautiful dynamic resonance that filled the street with enchantment. But it was as if he was not there, merely present only if, perchance, one was having a good day. The emotion I feel is sorrow. Yet ironically, his life is probably filled with more joy than I will ever know, for he is doing that thing which makes his heart most happy. Notice the juxtaposition of cultures on the sign that reads both Czech and English.
