The Office of Inter-Cultural and International Programs and Services seeks to:

  • Promote cultural and ethnic diversity, and
  • Advise students of color, international students, and missionary kids in the areas of academics; career planning; and social, personal and financial issues.

We provide students with orientation at the beginning of the academic year and follow up with a mentor program. Throughout the school year, we invite students to participate in activities that educate the community about the concerns of students of color, international students, and missionary kids.

Our office advises student organizations in planning and coordinating cultural and social events such as Asian Heritage Celebration, Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, and other activities and celebrations.

We also work closely with many ethnic and bicultural churches in the Twin Cities to help our students get plugged into the greater community.
