The Bethel Leadership Development program recognizes that each person has potential. Great things will come from the hands and feet of those who walk these halls. Many Bethel students will provide encouragement to the runners as they race by. Still others will walk the unbeaten path, carving their own way as they negotiate college life. Some Bethel students will rise and become world changers.
Whichever camp you might be in, know that Bethel is a place where you will be fully equipped to discover your unique gifts, those that define who you are and who you are called to be.
The mission of Bethel’s Leadership Development program is to intentionally equip all who seek to lead, in order that each may fulfill Christ’s call to kingdom building. No matter what path you choose as you walk this campus, be assured that we’re devoted to helping you find your leadership potential.
This guide provides more details about leadership at Bethel, including the Foundational Leadership Program, Omicron Delta Kappa, and the academic leadership minor. Each is an experience in itself, woven with the others to form the whole of Bethel’s leadership blueprint.
