The Four-Year Spectrum of the Leadership Minor

As you become involved in the leadership programs available here at Bethel, feel free to camp out in our academic territory as well! Bethel offers a 19-credit leadership minor including two general studies classes and a practicum in which students are directly involved in the field of leadership, on campus or off. A variety of electives are also available, including courses in history, anthropology, sociology, social work, business, political science, psychology, and communication. The leadership minor is composed of three core classes that will expose you to new leadership concepts on a personal, organizational, and experiential level.

This minor is a great complement to almost any major and offers students an applicable, in-depth look at leadership in organizations and in the world, relating each concept back to the servant leadership of Christ.
