Edgren Hall

Edgren is first-year student residence hall featuring 6 floors of 25 people with traditional-style 2- and 3-person dorm rooms. Within the Edgren community of students we have cast a vision this year of being visibly transparent stating:

In our role to love God, humanity, and creation we strive to be visibly transparent by leading lives of worship…

As a community, we are earnestly journeying with one another to co-create an environment where every student can come to voice and can hear the developing voice of their peers.

As a staff, we seek to walk alongside Edgren residents in this challenging first year, knowing that in responsible and empowering service amazing growth can happen.

As a first year hall, it is our intent to foster a space where, relationships can be built, assumptions challenged, direction found, and hard questions asked as students are navigating the terrain beyond home and between graduation.

We desire to have programming that is fun yet not at the expense of relevance. There are and will be events any where from movie nights and volleyball tournaments to book clubs and public forums where we tackle issues of sexuality, gender, poverty, race etc.

Located on "The Hill," Edgren residents are able to be in close community with two of the other freshman halls. We love meeting in "Bodgren" and hanging out with our neighbors in Getsch and Nelson. Edgren is a great place to experience your first year; Come and join the journey!
