North Village

(Chalberg, Danielson, and Turnwall)

North Village is an apartment community of Christ-followers compelled by God’s grace and love. We believe in struggling together to build a safe community that fosters unity, respect, and true relationships. As a staff we will make every effort to abandon archaic notions of positional leadership. It is our goal to embrace the spirit of “umoja” (togetherness) and to be transformed by a deepening relationship with God. North Village is made up of primarily junior and senior housing. Our programming goal is simple: we want to know you. That might happen through meaningful dialogue, or it could happen through outrageous social outings. The bottom line is: you’re important to us, and we want to know you. Welcome to North Village, the place you can call home.

Facilities in the Hall

Houses 203 students set up in three buildings: Chalberg, Danielson, and Turnwall. One-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments are available. Three students are housed in one-bedroom apartments, five students in two-bedroom apartments, and seven students in three-bedroom apartments. Both Danielson and Turnwall have laundry rooms located on all three floors. Chalberg has a large laundry room located in the basement.

In the Shack/Lounge:

- Flat screen TV

- Inviting lounge space wonderful for conversations and games

- Foosball table

- Full kitchen

- Comfy couches, soft chairs, tables, and chairs

Facilities in the Study Room:

- Two networked computers and printer

- Tables, chairs, and space for group or individual work

In Each Apartment:

- Full kitchen equipped with refrigerator and stove
- Rooms equipped with beds, desks, dressers, closets, and desk chairs
- Full bathroom
- Air conditioning

- Wireless internet
- Cable TV
- Living room equipped with minimal furniture

- Dining room area with table and chairs

Students are invited to bring their own furniture and accessories to make their apartment their own. Please note that Bethel furniture cannot be taken out of the apartment.
