Residence Life Vision Statement

Developing students for life in Christ by cultivating a residential environment that provides the space for transformation through a deepening relationship with God and participation in communal interdependence.

Core Objectives:

• To be an integral part of a Christian liberal arts education.
• To provide an experience of real community in a place where students are free to be authentic.
• To serve students as mentors who are willing to challenge, support, and walk beside them.
• To strive for excellence in staff training, development of student leaders, programming, understanding of primary student issues, and response to students in different developmental stages.

Responsible for the overall supervision of a campus residence area which includes staffing, programming, and providing support with student interpersonal concerns.
