Developing students for life in Christ by cultivating a residential environment that provides the space for transformation through a deepening relationship with God and participation in communal interdependence.

Core Objectives:
- To be an integral part of a Christian liberal arts education.
- To provide an experience of real community in a place where students are free to be authentic.
- To serve students as mentors who are willing to challenge, support,
and walk beside them.
- To strive for excellence in staff training, development of student leaders, programming, understanding of primary student issues, and response to students in different developmental stages.
