We offer summer housing for Bethel students in Turnwall and Danielson apartments only in North Woods. It’s available for any spring term student including new graduates.
Cost and Dates
Summer housing is $750 for the 10 week summer session, Saturday, May 24 through Saturday August 2.
If you plan on moving out early, you will need to indicate this on your application. A credit of $75 a week will be refunded to your account after your move out and checkout is complete. Weeks start and end at 4 p.m. on Saturday. Checkout must be completed by this time on the last week of your agreement.
Apply for Housing
Application opens Sunday March 23rd
Complete the online application and pay your $100 deposit through Blink (Student Services tab > Housing channel > Apply for Housing).
Your deposit will be refunded to your student account after August 15 if no fines, damages, forfeiture, or late fees have been assessed.
Pick your Room
Thursday, May 2
Visit your MyHousing page through Blink (Student Services tab > Housing channel > MyHousing and Meal Plans).
If you’ve submitted your application and paid your deposit after May 1, it will take us 24-48 to process your application. We’ll send you an email when you’re able to select a room.
Roommate requests are not required for summer housing. But if you want to find a roommate, you can use Open Groups starting April 5 to see who else is looking to connect with a roommate.
You'll remain in your current housing until Tuesday, May 27.
- Students already in Turnwall and Danielson: Your move must be complete between noon and 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27.
- All remaining students: Your move must complete between 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27 and 4 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28.
Check-in will be on the first floor of Danielson. Staff will be available on Tuesday from noon-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Checkout must be complete by 4 p.m. on August 2. If you check out late, you'll be charged a fine.
You are responsible for setting up a time to check out and turn in your key. Contact an RA 1-2 days in advance to set up your time.
If you need to live on campus after summer session and before the start of fall semester, you can apply for bridge housing.
