Our Faculty

Faculty and staff in the biblical and theological studies department teach with expertise. Many have served and preached in local churches. They’re interviewed frequently by local and national media outlets as experts in their fields and conduct research to find ways of making the Bible more accessible.

Missions are a special area of interest for McKinney, and she has served in a mission capacity in Mexico, Ecuador, Kenya, and Israel. Prior to coming to Bethel she was a youth pastor, youth leadership-training specialist, youth chaplain, training consultant and adult trainer.
